Parramon Exportap
is a family business founded in 1956 in Cassà de la Selva (Girona), dedicated
to the manufacture of natural cork stoppers, microgranulated cork and custom
stoppers for spirits.
The Parramon
Exportap industrial plant incorporates its own patented technology that allows
it to control and guarantee the quality of the entire production process, the
materials and the final product.
With over 800
clients across more than 12 countries, Parramon Exportap partners with many of
the best wineries in Spain, France, Italy, the United States, South Africa, Central
America and Japan.
Parramon sources 100% of the corkwood used in the manufacture of their cork stoppers. Corkwood is naturally aged and seasoned for 12-18 months. Technologically advanced processes are applied in the washing, punching, and grading of these corks. All corks are individually tested for releasable TCA by means of IMS (Ion Mobility Spectrometry).
All sizes, all grades, coatings, and finishes are available to our customers.

Parramon Exportap is the only manufacturer to remove the outer crust from the punched cork strips, thus eliminating the highest risk of sensory and microbiological contamination.
This product is made up of micro-granulated cork sourced exclusively from Parramon’s natural stopper manufacture. Cork density and granulometry are controlled to guarantee homogeneous and consistent results.
Micro-tech® Premium is available in a variety of lengths and diameters.
